We continuously look to strengthen our organisation and we recruit throughout the year. This page describes how to apply and the following application process.

Vacancies are announced on this website and other relevant media. In the Careers section on the Opportunities page you can find current opportunities.

We are always open for strong applicants during the year and especially interested in top performers with relevant education and documented results with an interest in research. The ability to speak a range of languages fluently is considered a plus.

How to apply

For open applications you can use the entry form at the bottom of this page. We will reply to all applications that contain a CV as well as an application letter.

The application process

Our recruitment process is rigorous to ensure an excellent match between applicants and Jakob & Partners and as such facilitate the beginning of a successful career at Jakob & Partners.

  1. You will receive a notice of receipt after receiving your application
  2. Your applications is reviewed and you will receive feedback on your application within a two week period
  3. You will be invited for an interview if we consider your application of relevance
  4. You will either be invited for an additional interview or directly sent to our external test partner if the first interview was positive
  5. Our external partner will conduct an intelligence as well as personality test
  6. You will receive feedback on your test
  7. Selected individuals will be invited for the final rounds of interviews
  8. The potential candidates that have successfully passed the final round of interviews will receive a job offer
